From very early stages my work revolved around the idea of stillness and permanence within change and transformation. During the recent years my studio work has been focused on salt, a fascinating natural substance and a challenging art material. My ideas develop through research, travel, and experimentation and are realised through drawings, paintings, video installations, sculpture and photography.
